Ingredients:
- 300g pasta (fettuccine or linguine)
- 400g fresh scallops (pat dry)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

- Prep time: 10 minutes
- Cook time: 15 minutes

Method:
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
