Herb-Crusted Barramundi with Lemon Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 barramundi fillets
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Lemon Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon

Method:
- Prepare the Herb Crust: In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

- Cook the Fillets: Heat remaining olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Place fillets in the pan, crust side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy and golden.
