Change My Order Date – Hassle-Free Adjustments to Your Delivery

To make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, we offer you the flexibility to change your order date without any additional cost, provided you let us know in advance. Our goal is to accommodate your needs while ensuring the freshest seafood is delivered when and where you need it.

How to Change Your Delivery Date

If you need to change your delivery date or time, simply notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery. This allows us to plan accordingly and ensure your seafood is delivered on your new preferred date without any disruption to service.

To request a change, just follow these easy steps:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to help@freshwaveseafood.com.au with the subject line "Change My Order Date."
  2. Include Your Order ID: Please provide your order ID in the email, so we can easily locate your order and process the changes.
  3. Provide the New Details: Let us know your preferred new delivery date and time, and if applicable, any changes to the delivery address.

No Additional Cost for Changing the Date or Time

We want to make sure you have the flexibility to adjust your plans without any added stress. That’s why we don’t charge any additional fees for changing your delivery date or time as long as the request is made 48 hours prior to the original delivery date.

Delivery to a New Address

If you need to change the delivery address, we are happy to accommodate this as well. However, please note that if the new address is outside of our standard delivery zones, a separate delivery charge may apply. This ensures we can continue to deliver your seafood safely and efficiently to the new location. We will inform you of any applicable fees when you request the change.

For deliveries to new addresses, please include the following details in your email:

  • Your order ID.
  • The new delivery address.
  • The new preferred delivery date and time (if applicable).
