Lemon Butter Fish Fillets
A light, zesty fish dish ready in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 fish fillets (snapper or whiting)
- 2 tbsp butter
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill (for garnish)
Cooking Time:
- Prep time: 5 minutes
- Cook time: 5 minutes
- Total time: 10 minutes
Method:
- Cook the Fish: Melt butter in a pan, add lemon juice, and cook fish fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until flaky.
- Season & Serve: Season with salt and pepper, garnish with dill, and serve hot.
