Chili Garlic Prawns with Rice
This chili garlic prawn dish is a quick and spicy meal that’s perfect served over a bed of rice. It’s easy to make but packed with bold flavors!
Ingredients:
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Fresh coriander for garnish
- Steamed rice, for serving

Method:
- Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix garlic, chili, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice.

- Add Sauce: Pour the sauce over the prawns, stir to coat, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
