Creamy Garlic Lobster Tails
Indulgent lobster tails cooked in a rich garlic cream sauce.
Ingredients:
- 2 lobster tails
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Cooking Time:
- Prep time: 5 minutes
- Cook time: 10 minutes
- Total time: 15 minutes
Method:
- Prepare the Sauce: Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic, and cook for 1 minute.
- Add cream, season with salt and pepper, and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add lobster tails, spooning sauce over them as they cook.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
