Creamy Garlic Lobster Tails

Indulgent lobster tails cooked in a rich garlic cream sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Cooking Time:

  • Cook time: 10 minutes
  • Total time: 15 minutes

Method:

  1. Prepare the Sauce: Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic, and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add cream, season with salt and pepper, and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add lobster tails, spooning sauce over them as they cook.
  3. Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
