Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms with Spinach and Cheese
These crab-stuffed mushrooms are filled with crab, spinach, and creamy cheese for a rich appetizer.
Ingredients:
- 200g crab-meat
- 12 large mushrooms (stems removed)
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup spinach (chopped)
- 1/4 cup mozzarella (shredded)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Time:
- Prep time: 15 minutes
- Cook time: 20 minutes
- Total time: 35 minutes
Method:
- Make Filling: Mix crab, cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff Mushrooms: Fill mushroom caps with the mixture.
- Bake: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes until golden.
- Serve: Serve warm.
