Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms with Spinach and Cheese

These crab-stuffed mushrooms are filled with crab, spinach, and creamy cheese for a rich appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 200g crab-meat
  • 12 large mushrooms (stems removed)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup spinach (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella (shredded)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Total time: 35 minutes

Method:
