Baked Prawns with Garlic and Parmesan

Tender prawns baked with a crispy garlic-Parmesan topping, ideal for sharing.

Ingredients:

  • 400g prawns (peeled and deveined)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan (grated)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Method:

  1. Prepare Topping: Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, and butter in a bowl.
