Spicy Prawns Stir-Fry

A quick stir-fry with prawns, perfect for serving with rice or noodles.

Ingredients:

  • 400g prawns (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Cooking Time:

  • Prep time: 5 minutes
  • Cook time: 10 minutes
  • Total time: 15 minutes

Method:

  1. Cook the prawns: Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, then prawns, and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add Sauces & Toss: Add soy and chili sauce, toss until prawns are pink and coated.
  3. Serve: Serve immediately with rice or noodles
