Lemon and Herb Fish Tacos

Fresh and tangy fish tacos that are great for a quick meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 fish fillets (snapper or whiting)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro and diced tomato (for garnish)
  • Tortillas

Cooking Time:

  • Prep time: 5 minutes
  • Cook time: 10 minutes
  • Total time: 15 minutes

Method:

  1. Marinate & Cook the Fish: Marinate fish in lime juice, salt, and pepper. Cook in a pan with olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side.
  2. Assemble Tacos: Serve in tortillas with cilantro and diced tomatoes.
